What happens when you gather 25 Key Leaders in the Twin Cities who are champions of women in business in multiple industries and sectors?

On August 19th The Circle Community hosted a Key Leader Luncheon where female business owners, corporate leaders, influential voices, and allies gathered to partner with their time, strategic connections, and funding

What happens when we put our collective minds together to amplify regenerative resources, economic stability, and community impact?

  • Awareness goes beyond promotion to deliver profit for local women-owned businesses

  • Partnerships are formed to share resources and support with like-minded nonprofits

  • Insights become catalysts to improve systems that uplift everyone involved

Why Women In Business?

Research has shown that when women-owned businesses succeed, our local economies thrive! This reality is supported by WomenVenture in a 2022 Legislative Report in partnership with DEED, noting that:

  • “Female small business owners reinvest up to 90% of their income back into their communities and local economies.
