What We Do
⬆︎Increase Access
Remove financial barriers to help women strengthen their businesses, creating a ripple effect that extends to their families, communities, and the local economy.
$ Support Financially
Funds raised go to supporting women business owners in 3 ways.
The Annual Forum connects and educates
Micro-grants provide targeted funding and strategic support for micro-business owners
Scholarships expand access to ongoing peer support.
✽ Build Businesses
Support women’s professional development, facilitate business growth, and foster an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem to turn knowledge into a powerful catalyst for business success.
♥︎ Strengthen Communities
Create spaces for women to build relationships, share wisdom, and access support. We help women grow their businesses - and themselves.
The Ripple Effect
The impact of supporting 1 womanentrepreneur extends far beyond her business. Women business owners:
Create flexible employment opportunities for other women.
Mentor emerging entrepreneurs.
Make business decisions that prioritize community benefit.
Invest in sustainable practices.
Support other local businesses.
By equipping women with the tools to succeed, we strengthen families, communities, and local economies.
How We Work
When women entrepreneurs succeed, entire communities thrive. Through The BWC® and The Circle Community’s targeted support and with your help, we’re creating lasting impact that extends far beyond individual businesses.
With your help, we provide
-
The Myrna Marofsky Scholarship Fund - by removing financial barriers, these scholarships help women strengthen their businesses, creating a ripple effect that extends to their families, communities, and the local economy.
-
Education transforms entrepreneurial potential by enabling women to develop innovative products, increase operational efficiency, and expand professional networks.
