There are 3 journeys that we are all on: Business, Leadership, Life.
For each, there is a beginning, a middle and an end. Our goal for the day is to help attendees think about where they are at, where they might be going and give them actionable steps to move forward.
We’ll achieve this through a day designed to use our community of experts and storytellers to educate our attendees, a keynote address to inspire and time to connect and grow community

Design of the Day
Our content will be focused on 4 different audience groups:
1.Under $500K
2.$500K - $1.0M
3.More than $1.0M
4.Professionals - those adjacent to Founders & CEOs
For each group, there will be 3 breakout sessions during the day with the intent to help attendees figure out what they need to move forward in their goals in these areas: Business, Leadership, Life. These breakouts will consist of either an “expert” or panel of women to tell their stories, share their knowledge, and inspire the next steps!

This beloved event welcomes women from the local Twin Cities communities who enjoy attending every year. Though to keep our connections intentional, we are limiting attendance to 200 people. Purchase your ticket today!
The Gift of Access
Create opportunities for a woman-owned businesses or someone in job transition as they work to grow into what’s next! We provide scholarship tickets through The Circle Community, a 501c(3) nonprofit empowering women with access to funding and education to grow in their business career.
Through our generous partners we are able to continue removing barriers to access for women growing their providing access to scholarships, grants, and education for micro business owners, professionals investing in their own development, and women in career transition that would not otherwise be able to benefit from our services.
